Every Denver wedding reception and ceremony – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after. To make planning at our elegant Colorado wedding destination easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.
Seating Arrangements and Room Set-Up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Ceremony Room
Grand Hyatt Denver can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style, if needed. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style. To secure a separate room for your wedding ceremony, an additional room rental fee will apply. Please consult with your wedding professional on the fee for your specific ceremony room.
Parking
Valet parking is offered for your wedding guests. If needed, other self-parking options are available in the immediate vicinity. Valet parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Grand Hyatt Denver. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.

Guestrooms/Suites
A complimentary one-night stay in the Bridal Suite is included in your wedding package. Special room rates are available for your overnight guests. Please speak with your wedding specialist to block rooms and for further details.

Pricing and Guarantee
All food and beverage charges listed with the Grand Hyatt Denver Wedding Package are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges (additional bar service and wine by the bottle do not include service charges and tax). A $1500.00 non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. A second deposit of 75% of your estimated Food and Beverage minimum is due (90) ninety days prior to your wedding. All deposits are non-refundable. Payment may be made by either cashier's check or credit card. Your final balance with guarantee is due ten (10) business days prior to the event. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. Room rental fees may apply.
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
