Located on the second floor, the ballrooms each easily accommodates larger gatherings – from a reception for 1,400, a classroom-style presentation for 400, or a seated banquet for 700. Use the adjacent foyer to each ballroom for a pre-function reception, coffee and refreshments before the main event, or to intrigue your attendees with a glimpse of what's to come. For a truly grand occasion, utilize both ballrooms to create an event of dazzling proportion.
Easily accessible on the main floor of Grand Hyatt Denver, this tiered meeting venue allows easy viewing of the stage by all in the room. A unique state-of-the-art sound and light system makes this space ideal for presenting a new idea, showcasing a product, or introducing a new team member. Mt. Sopris accommodates settings of 175 classroom-style, 300 seated theatre-style, and 250 for a banquet.
Six additional meeting rooms are located on the third floor of Grand Hyatt Denver. Elegantly appointed, this group offers the same state-of-the-art technology as the second-floor rooms, but in a more secluded environment. Choose from a variety of set-ups, including U-shape, boardroom and theatre.
Located adjacent to the hotel, this specially designed convention center in Denver features large windows, which inspire fresh thinking by allowing bright sunlight to shine through. Five meeting rooms – including Mount Evans, which breaks down into two separate rooms – can host board meetings with up to 72 guests, U-shape presentations for 76, 220 theatre-style, and more. The Conference Center meeting rooms include Grays Peak, Mount Evans, Pikes Peak, Longs Peak and Mount Elbert.
